PinKeep Support
If something in PinKeep is not working the way you expect, we would like to hear about it. Email us and we will help.

What we can help with
- App problems. Crashes, a place that will not save, a shared link that does not come through correctly, or anything behaving unexpectedly.
- Purchases and restores. Questions about PinKeep Pro, or trouble getting a purchase you already made to be recognized.
-
Import and export. Trouble creating a
.pinkeepfile, or opening one you already have. - Privacy questions. Anything about how PinKeep handles your information, including what is stored and where.
What to include
You do not need to include any of this to get a reply, but it usually gets you a faster and more useful one:
- Your device and operating system version
- The version of PinKeep you are running
- What you were doing when the problem happened
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
Please do not send private notes, exported .pinkeep
files, or other personal information unless we specifically ask for
it and you are comfortable sharing it. In most cases a description of
the problem is enough.
A couple of things worth knowing first
Restoring a purchase. PinKeep Pro is tied to the app store account used to buy it. If PinKeep Pro is not showing as active, first check that your device is signed in to that same store account, then use Restore Purchase in the app. If it still does not appear, email us.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by your app store, and refunds are handled under that store’s policy rather than by us. See the Terms of Use for details. We are still happy to help you work out what went wrong.
Lost places. PinKeep stores your library on your device
and we hold no copy, which means we have no backup to restore for you.
If you have an exported .pinkeep file, that file is the way
back. This is also the reason to export from time to time.
